UniMaint, FileStar/2 and FlexEdit are commercial products, not shareware.

You will not need a key to enable UniMaint after download and installation, nor will you be required to register the program. However, registration is strongly encouraged.

FileStar/2 and FlexEdit are delivered as trial software. You must buy a license to prevent feature degradation. Both applications run one month after installation without degradation but then have feature degradation over the following two months. After six months, neither will not run beyond the startup phase.

You are required to read the license agreement prior to installation. Installation of the program constitues agreement to the license provisions. You should read the license agreement here before you download a program.

The programs are sold without hard copy media and manual to provide users with a lower cost option. The UniMaint manual is over 220 pages and both provide thorough documentation of the respective programs. When manuals are purchased through BMT Micro, shipment will be by BMT Micro and the cost and shipping rate may vary from that shown above. BMT Micro ships the UniMaint media on CD. 

While available, the UniMaint hard copy documentation is for v5.0 and distribution media will be from the former SofTouch stock on hand. These items will bear the markings of SofTouch Systems. SofTouch Systems is not responsible in any manner for the condition of these items or support for these products. 

A Note About Online Documentation:
Standard online documentation consists of a comprehensive help (HLP) file, with standard hot key (F1) access to the item of interest, updated to the current minor version level. The current HLP file is also available for individual download on this site.

Coming Your Way:
In addition to the standard HLP files, we plan to make the help generally available in HTML and PDF formats. Check for their availability in the downloads page. When available, the PDF file will provide those users that have a graphics printer and are willing to print their own manual a way to create their own high quality manual.
