Push this button to activate the Page Setup dialog. This dialog has setup
options for selection of margins, inclusion of headers and footers including
use of the file name as a header and the date/time stamp in the footer and
line numbers may be added to the output. Acceptable printer forms should
be detected and shown. The Job Properties dialog may be accessed to set
the form.
