Directory Attributes

The selected directory's attributes may be altered through check box selection in the Directory Attributes dialog. Use the attributes in conjunction with a directory filter to hide directories.

Directory Attributes

The four modifiable attributes are:

• Read Only - Directory cannot be modified (written to) by the user.
  
• Hidden - Directory is not displayed by most programs.
  
• System - Directory is for use by the operating system.
  
• Archived - Directory is marked when changed.

Pressing Set causes the selected attributes to be set for the selected directory.

A different directory may be selected without closing the dialog. The dialog will update to the new directory data.
