Find

The Directories->Find menu option activates a Find dialog that may be used to search one to all drives for files matching a wildcard name pattern or to search for text strings, with or without using regular expressions. At the end of the search, the user may:

• Change to the directory containing the found file(s) with a LMB double click on the displayed directory.

• Double click on a found file. The resulting action will be the same as double clicking a file in a Files window.

• Double click on a found text string if line numbering is used. This opens FlexEdit and centers the found text line in the center of the FlexEdit view/edit window.
