Dialog windows that do not have a minimize or maximize button normally do not have a titlebar 'Close' button.
FS/2 will add a titlebar Close button if this option is enabled. If using a 3rd party application that provides a 'Close' button, uncheck this option to prevent duplicate close buttons.
