Auto remap drives

If this option is checked, the following actions will cause a remap of the available drives;

• Activation of the FS/2 window
  
• Switching the active internal window to the Drives, Directories or either of the two File windows.

Upon remap, any remote drive that is sensed 'Not ready' will be removed from, and any 'Ready' remote drive not previously mapped will be added to, the Drives window list.
